In the old days it was common for my voice to go out. I couldn’t sing more than two days in a row on the road, and often times my voice would go out by the end of the first show. I couldn’t even talk. I wasn’t singing. I was yelling and screaming trying to be heard over a loud band.
Thanks to my vocal coach and practice, I learned techniques and tools that give me the confidence to perform at my best each night. Plus, I’m a little smarter about it all.
Now, I can go out on the road and can be as strong the last night as the first night.
